Lovely Energy Bites

These little spheres of energy are pretty incredible. In fact, I've made 2 batches in one week. They are that good. Best part, you can switch out ingredients to your liking.

Not only are they healthy and easy, but the perfect party item. Add a touch of decadence by dipping them halfway in melted dark chocolate.

:: No-Bake Energy Bites ::

1 Cup Granola + Flaxseed mix
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips 
     {I suggest chopping up a bar of 60%+ dark chocolate}
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Dash of Cinnamon Sugar

:: Combine in Bowl
:: Roll into bite size balls
:: Place in freezer for 1 hour
